Interesting. fun fact Claudias the second was also known as Claudius Gothicus after he died his brother would rule the Roman Empire for 17 days. Probably one of the shortest ruling Roman emperors.

@@juliesix4390 but surely as a Christian, you believe that life continues after death? That those you’ve loved and have passed are still interested in your life here? That at one point on earth they prayed for you but still have the heart to do so from Heaven? And wouldn’t God who is Father open the ears of His children? Or would He make them all deaf to each other after their entrance into Heaven where real life begins? O I disagree with you wholeheartedly, and I have to if I am to call myself a Christian. We hear better from Heaven’s place than we do here in this earthly one. To pray for another person is not an act that deprives Jesus of His role in mediation, otherwise we would be guilty of it on earth, since we pray for one another now. If it’s a good and noble thing to pray for each other now while our flesh is still mortal, how much more when we will finally put on immortality in Christ in Heaven? You see, no saint is dead. They are alive. What you’ve described, are dead souls, a hellish landscape - those who cannot hear anymore - a place, Btw, that the holy dignity of the Mother of our Savior does not belong.

@@Son0fJames if you had any proof of all that emotional ranting you would have backed it up with scripture. If it's not in scripture you're not going to convince me at all. I'll listen to the Holy words of scripture before some emotional rant that proves nothing. Also, Mary wasn't holy by any means. She recognized her need for a Savior.

Why is it that all documentary regarding st valentine and valentine's day all different. They never seem to tell the same story. Your version is different from others who also studied the origin of Valentine's day and can't seem to find truth in any version. But hey, that's just me. But nice video though.

Unfortunately that's just the nature of history, especially the most popular and loved tales. The more they get told, the more certain details change. This can be purely by accident, or an intentional embellishment by an overenthusiastic storyteller. But in stories like these, where we see a paragon of human virtue stand up for a principal they hold deeply, sometimes the spirit of the tale matters more than the letter of it.
