Blake however, comes from RWBY a universe where most weapons are guns' and does this exact speed feat almost EVERYDAY. Plus Blake even without speed has more feats than Valentine. Try telling whoever told you Valentine wins that. Also Blake vs. Valentine, is not a great matchup to begin with.

Damn, do I ever love Tao. She might be comedy fodder, but she's still my favorite chocolate catgirl. That "oof" sound effect when Valentine tranq'd her was so fitting. Also, Valentine falling victim to Tao's big boob obsession reminds me of that video of the cat kneading some woman's chest. For my fellow men of culture who don't know who she is, she's a delicious brown girl who only wears suspenders over her large chest to hold up her short under that large jacket of hers. She's goofy, ditzy and a little naive, but still very well meaning and a good character overall.

Double scales to Aeon, and almost every character can clap Double and does so in their respective story modes That is NOT slightly above average human. I can't help but feel there is a sort of backstory to these fights. Was there some kind of multiverse events that caused all these characters to come together?

yeah , it may be explained in the future episodes , all the mini/riot rumbles are connected ,they all take place in the same universe (although some are in different dimensions... just as shown in Shadow vs Ryuko). that's why some fights says the "fight location" in the beginning. (and that Ryu shown in Litchi explanation is the same from Ryu vs Kenshiro)... (and "dembridge city" location has been used in Ayano vs Yuno , Kos-mos vs Megaman X , Josuke vs Edward too)
