Valentines Day Card Ideas (Clean & Simple)

I really like the look of clean and simple cards but I also like the look of layering on my cards. What is your preference?

Hi Lynn, Clean and simple is ALWAYS considered a winner. Instead of hearts use flowers. Using black and white you might even want to emboss the flowers. Another idea is balloons floating up the side with a simple happy birthday. Great video cutting the side gives you many choices. I am an avid stamper. Keep up the great videos.

I did a similar layered heart card last year. I used double sided paper. I didn't like the messy look when in opened card. Yours look lovely. I'll try again. I liked your clean & simple examples. I seldom do a simple card, but these are gorgeous. Thank you.

MyMoppet52 try layering the hearts closer together and have them hang off the edge slightly. That will help give it a clean look on the inside. Glad you enjoyed it! Thank so much for watching!

Love these Valentines Day Cards Lynn! I love the look of layering but if not alot of time to make cards, I love the Clean & Simple look... Thx for sparking the idea of using the edgelit design as I was just looking at mine yesterday and thinking, Boy I havent used them lately!! Rather than making a landscape/horizontal edgelit card, a portrait/vertical edgelit would be pretty too... Hmmm, let's see if I remember later this month! ;-) Thx for sharing!!! :)
