JCPenney had one of the largest plus size sections pretty much always. It’s one of the places I would go when I was a 3X in 2000. With that being said, around this time, they were packing the clothes in so much it was overwhelming to shop in. Then they filed for bankruptcy and restructured so the stores were less cluttered.

This video is from when I used to watch Anna's content. She's made up, her hair is styled, she is really trying here. I agree with you that her style is a little out there for the most part, but I usually got at least one good idea from her videos. Contrast the effort here to what she is doing now. If I remember correctly she didn't really make it clear she was getting a commission on these items, but I am fairly sure now she was; at the very least she was compensated in some way by JC Penney, no? Happy New Year!
