My Little Pony has gone through a lot of changes over the last decade. I really love to see all the growth that these secondary characters have gone through. Obviously we all came to the show because of the dynamic of the Mane 6 but it's so wonderful to see just as much care put into Side characters as into the main. I don't think there are any two characters that demonstrate this better than Starlight and Trixie. I absolutely adore them as a ship.

"Well Trixie, and I hope you don't mind us being on a first name basis now that we're married, I have one question for you. And I'm asking this as your wife, so I demand honesty." The morally ambiguous, possibly manic showpony considered this, lips pursed thoughtfully as she twirled the end of her mane with magic. "I suppose honesty IS the foundation of any good relationship, or some drivel like that. Very well then, Star-Light," Trixie drew out the pronunciation of the name, rolling it around on her tongue for the first time, "Trixie will grant you an honest answer to an honest question. What would you know about the Great Trixie that she has not yet told you?" Starlight had the question ready and waiting. "So, to recap, within hours of our meeting each other, you have made me do your laundry, fed me dinner, conscripted me as your indentured servant, declared me as your friend, and then married me." Trixie raised an eyebrow. "Clearly you've been paying attention. So when does this anecdote become an inquiry? Trixie cannot answer a statement." "My inquiry," Starlight continued, "is this. Why did you just marry me when o was already your willing servant?" The Great and Powerful Trixie adopted a look most incredulous, as though this was the dumbest question Starlight could have asked. "Trixie would have thought that answer obvious, but perhaps she overestimated your intelligence on such things." She floated an empty mug into Starlight's hoof. "Servants require wages. Spouses are tax deductible. Now, if you'll excuse Trixie, the coffee should be done brewing by now."

Oh this is definitely the best Valentine's Day comic story I have ever heard and my favorite out of the MLP comic dubs besides the ones with King Sombra. Speaking of which, Grogar is the true Necromancer of My Little Pony even though he was from a different generation you still the one who created necromancing that loud villains like King Sombra and Queen Chrysalis to try to imitate it to a certain degree. Although it is terrifying to think that Trixie and the Lulamoon family could also mimic the art as well ,could you imagine what she do the Mane 6 if she actually wanted to have an army of zombies at her command!? Well at least we don't have to worry about that now that Starlight is somewhat of a counterbalance to Trixie's ego and outbursts; and now that they're married with all of their past experiences now intertwined we can rest assured that the 'Great and Powerful Trixie Glimmer/ StarTrix Duo' won't be causing any trouble anytime soon, at least until they meet twilight again; which Trixie would probably boast about their marriage and probably saver the moment of the gasping image of Twilight's face for the surprise!
