Valentino is an overlord . Which means Much like Alastor . The goetia hierarchy . And the sin princes and even lucifer himself . Valentino is a deal maker . Angel dust is unable to fully leave Valentino’s services because he signed a legal binding contract which makes him a contracted soul and vals property . That’s why Angel dust is getting involved with Charlie’s redemption project even though he acts like he doesn’t want to . Because unless val frees him of his contract or he’s permanently killed by holy weapons . This is the only option he has left . Otherwise he’ll belong to Valentino for eternity
