So sorry to hear that you've been having a hard time. My tip for your mental health would be don't forget to eat well. Wholefoods, no additives, avoid sugars, omega 3s. etc. There is more and more research now regarding the link between mood and gut health, and for people I know diet changes have been very helpful. Thank you for commenting. I have IBS and it is definitely worse when I'm not doing as well. I'm in a much better place now but I've recently been taking probiotics and started to look at my diet for a more rounded self-care plan.

LoveAndLabcoats so good to hear you are doing better. My husband has IBS and this clinic really helped him, they do Skype appointments. www.ibs-treatment.com.au And I found this book very helpful. 'The Mind-Gut Connection' by Dr Emeran Mayer. There is also a research unit in Melbourne at Deakin University who specialise in the link between mood and diet. It is called something like the Food And Mood Centre at Deakin. They have some interesting info as well.

I loved your Valentino review. So glad you are keeping the flats. I felt bad for you when the other two wouldn't do up comfortably. I had bought the kitten heels and absolutely loved them however my family thought they were a little too shiny/youthful for me (I am 58) so I returned them and was heart broken. You are not alone. xx
