I remember when I started watching MotoGP in 1999, I was drawn to VR and because of him I started to watch MotoGP although I always had passion for motorcycles. Also in 1999 I decided to buy brand new Honda CBR600, decision was easy, I wanted to ride same brand as VR. Year later I upsized to Honda CBR900RR. But in 2004... Yes sir, I sold my Honda and I bought brand new blue Yamaha YZF-R1, by far I enjoyed this bike the most. In 2006 I started doing track days, but unlike VR, I retired 10 years ago 😄. VR had huge influence on my youth, cheers to all of you from 🇨🇦
