First balance your keybed with the per key velocity editor. Explained here. forums.godlike.com.au/index.php?topic=5001.msg43486#msg43486 The global curve is a final touch then. If you are more a piano player I'd set it either to piano touch or to one of the hard settings. If you are more a synth player, then the other way around. But with the per key editor you can adjust the same thing also.
