I use 2 pans to make it faster, you'll spend 30 min in the kitchen instead of 1h ;) The recipe I got from my mom was basically the same and even I tried making different versions to make it more healthy, but nothing beats the classic ones!

In South Africa 🇿🇦 we call them “pannekoek”/pancakes and traditionally we have them with cinnamon sugar rolled up. It’s soooo good. 👍🏽

We always making blinchiki while sitting on the table and eating at the same time. And one of us is running over to take the hot one from thr pan and put the next one. So I'm not doing it alome for 1 hour, but we already starting and waiting for fresh ones to come on out table. Its more fun this way 😃

My mother in law had to make her own recipe because the one from her mother from Kasachstan just didn't work. She thinks that it might be because the ingredients are different in different countries. Just as a hint for people who are interested in following recipes. Also a good pan is a charm for blinchiki!! I love to eat them!
