Dear Valerie - I have just discovered your work and your videos and I LOVE them. After an extremely busy, overloaded, multitasking, sometimes traumatic, overstimulated life, which I really enjoyed - I am now retired and living by myself in my flat in London. I have what I think is the ultimate luxury and freedom - solitude, peace, and quiet. I love it so much and I feel like I'm having a relationship with myself and my inner world - in contrast to my former life which was a relationship with other people and the outer world. Watching your videos - I feel enriched and inspired. Everything you have and do is so thoughtful, beautiful and peaceful. I hope you will continue a long time and I wish you all success. Valerie , your videos are hipnotising ! I should be spending time on drawing and painting but you cought my attention and I can't stop sipping of the positive juice. Positive because you did open my eyes to a new perspective of being an artist. My old teacher told me that it's not just the hard work making you an artist but everything you do, how you dress, how you live, what attitudes you present to the world arround. Hey valerie..love love your videos... They're so calming and peaceful but only one thing ill like to suggest that please dont waste rice like that.farmers are working very hard for every grain of rice. I hope youll be mindful next time... Also one more thing if you put oil in a pan put some pepper and bay leaf first then add chicken it would taste much better.

if you place a small towel under your cutting board. It will keep it from slipping when your chopping. I even use the silpat sheet pan liners under the cutting board to keep it from sliding. I hope that helps. 😊

Hello Valerie. Vous n avez pas besoin de passoire ou de tamis pour laver le riz. Directement dans la casserole, vous le lavez en passant les doigts, vous le rincez et videz l eau et c est pret a cuire en ajoutant de l eau fraiche et claire bien sûr ! 😉 bon appétit ! 🍽🕯
