Hello Sarah. I'm planning to move to Kyoto next year to attend a university there. This is one of the potential places I'm looking at staying is it alright if I ask some questions? - Price wise monthly how much is it? I noticed on the site I'm on it says ¥12,900 a month (room E) but that seems quite low so wanted some confirmation. - Do you happen to know the differences between Room E & G? G is slightly more expensive as it includes Gas so I presume there is a cooker in the room? - What is the immediate surrounding area like? Are there any close shops like konbini's or maybe even a Daiso/don quixote? Thank you in advance and if your still about next year maybe we'll bump into each other :)

Hey, stupid question but I'm going to live in Misasagi Int'h in April : are they very strict with the "no sleepovers" rule?

Hey! Not a stupid question at all and honestly it's not too too strict!
