You should really do sound sample of these settings you publish, even if it's just 30 seconds, just as a taster. To me, this setup wouldn't work. The classic setup is with Treble Booster in the front, a dash of chorus/phaser to thicken the tone slightly dependant on what era of Queen you're trying to replicate. Without copying these settings, I can almost guarantee it will sound lifeless compared to the tone you are trying to achieve here.

Thanks for the comment. Posting the audio sample wouldn't be much help because the sound would change depending on the playback device. I created this sound by working on an isolated track, trying to get close but not wanting to get the perfect Brian May sound. Instead I tried to find his approach to guitar playing, without recreating the exact Queen sound. There are more examples of Brian's style on the channel (Hotone Ampero) and I will create more. My intent is still to recreate sounds that sound like the originals, reproduced with cheap pedals and that give inspiration to try and learn to create your own sounds. However, your contribution will certainly be an incentive for many users who are trying to recreate the exact Brian May sound. Thanks

@@gianninativo I'm afraid I have to disagree with you on what you have said. A sound sample goes a long way as it gives people an "impression" of where the tone is or could go. I have used other people's interpretations of many artist tones having been guided by the sounds recorded for KZbin. It's that sound guide which has determined whether I have a go using those settings or not. I understand what you are saying when it comes to different sound equipment, but most record direct to PC for these types of videos. Most people understand that you would need to adjust the settings for a live sound.

Thanks again for the comment and the right advice. For the moment I have a lot of material ready and I don't have time to record the sounds too. Listening, playing, editing the video and publishing takes too much time. I think that in the future I will also start making some recordings to listen to together with the tutorial.
