Why are there so many professional clubs in London?

Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham, Crystal Palace, West Ham and Fulham. This year, no less than 6 Premier League clubs are playing in London, making the English capital the most represented city in the world of professional football. Unique and unprecedented, London's football density has its origins in the multiple diversities that run through the city's large population, in economic terms as well as in cultural, ethnic, social and religious terms, since the end of the 19th century and the democratization of football in Europe. So why do so many professional clubs come from London? How can we explain that the English capital is also the capital of world football in terms of clubs? We'll see that in this video, it's generic.
