Nice base tour, great base! 👍👍 Completely understand your burnout with the game, no one can say you didn’t explore everything / do everything the game had to offer! Look forward to seeing the base again in 12-18 months time when the Deep North comes out! Skol! 🖖🖖

This looks *badass*. Some clever solutions, especially with the front area and the throne. I love the outdoor "picnic" area with the fire pit. You should be proud of what you've accomplished here, mate. This base could be posted anywhere Valheim builds get shown off, and it's really amazinng what you've managed to do with it even just in the span of this miniseries--let alone since you started. Sometime, take a look back over the early episodes where even just keeping a roof over your head was the struggle, and having a base just meant putting things down wherever they would fit. It's safe to say that you have thoroughly conquered Valheim for now. It will still be here when it calls to you again. For now, it seems you're well and truly ready to move on, and I'm excited for the series to come!

That's high praise, considering that phenomenal base you posted that tour of. I sent it to a friend of mine who plays Valheim and his response was "How many hours did he have to sink into that?" :D

Thanks, that means a lot coming from you ❤️🙏 There’s certainly room for improvement, perhaps I’ll address that when the Deep North drops. Crazy to look back on the ramshackle hovel of the opening episodes and reflect on the steady progress throughout the series. Even though I’m done for now, I’m gonna miss it.

Mate! You have a bar in your estate!? How could I have missed that idea in mine 😆(adds to my to do list) Fantastic work and great playthrough my friend

Haha, cheers mate. The colour of the meads really make it pop. Can thank my comments for that inclusion. I also wanted a gym but couldn’t see a way to make a credible one with the current props.

Looks fantastic, love all the detailing and can appreciate the time and effort put into it! It has been a great series, very well done! .. Not that I should feel obliged to apprise you of every other Aussie in Valheim but somehow I kinda do 😆: When you feel up for it; BigBrianGameplay is an absolute mad lad. In one of the later videos of his he takes on Valheim without walking, running, jumping and swimming!

Cheers! 🍻 Holy crap, that sounds like a challenge. So it’s just sneaking/rolling everywhere?
@Googlebums2 ай бұрын
@@Blondefire_HeyBlondie Lol, yes, not even sneaking, just rolling and whatever forward momentum you get from swinging your weapon. Secondary knife attack not allowed, no ranged weapons, only melee but he does allow for building to get to places where rolling does not cut it. Early on he gets stuck in a tiny stream where rolling or punching his way forward does not work; so he has to self-delete and start over again, lmao. Gotta admire that level of stubborn determination! In another video he tackles Valheim just by building. Future projects; Witcher 3 might be a good one to do a playthrough on perhaps? Great game, lots of loot, though also lots of dialogue, mind you.

@Googlebums Geeeez, that sounds like pain. Power to him 😂 I haven’t played Witcher 3 so that’s probably a good one to do. There’s a bunch of other stuff I’d love to do first though.

Allright... damn.. it's over, I've enjoyed your playthrough, skipped a lot of base building videos, because I am here for the reaction and emotional damage during the exploration aspect of the game... and I was entertained! 😂 Anyway, I pretty much share your thoughts on what's wrong with the game and still enjoy it as the gem it is. Now-a-days games are made just to print money with very predatory monetization systems or almost all of them have some sort of live service pay wall that really triggers me. I come from a generation of gamers that are used to own their games/apps and Valheim really delivers on that, it's simple and replay-able. This game to me is pretty much "a place to rest" and feels like vacation when I burn out from other competitive games I like to play (like classic WoW). Thank you for your "company" during my long work hours. I hope I see more of your playthroughs, with other games I like, in the near future. If not - be well, brother! Next I will jump on that channel you've recommended - True Blue, and will see what that lad was about in his Valheim playthrough, will give you a shoutout in the comments there! 🤝

Thank you, my friend, that’s much appreciated. I’m glad that it was entertaining. I knew from the outset that a blind playthrough would get more than a few chuckles along the way, and boy did Valheim deliver. I enjoyed the experience and genuinely miss it now that the series is over. Looking forward to seeing in the comments for future videos (no pressure of course). These longplays are a sanity check of sorts.

I miss the days of exploration and discovery, but that means that another adventure is just around the corner 😉

Well, I watched the first and last videos, does that count? :D That's a rad base, glad to hear you enjoyed this series! In a somewhat similar vein, have you looked into or considered Abiotic Factor? I know you already have SShock Remake and Stalker 2 in the docket for the near future, but I think you might enjoy Abiotic. I've been playing it both with a friend and solo, and it's a ton of fun, with some enjoyable base building.
