Mam ans should be option D " A test can be valid without being reliable".This statement is not correct bcz Validity refers to how well a test measures what it is intended to measure, while reliability refers to the consistency and stability of the test scores. A test that is valid should also be reliable, as inconsistent or unstable measurements can't accurately represent the intended construct.

There's a difference between should be and cannot be. PS - I personally found this topic very confusing.
