Why is your second skill so fast to recharge like you shoot one fireball then the next 0.5 seconds rather than cooldown it became 2 again, how can that be? How the hell did you do it?

When you hit an enemy hero or lord with his 1st skill cooldown goes to like 0.5 thats why he told to hit enemy heroes with his 1st.

@@gamerfox7047 that's not quite right. The skill has a maximum of two stacks and when you hit an enemy you get one stack back right away.
