The difference is The gold version require 5000 + diamonds And the bronze version only require 1000 diamonds,you can get the bronze version trough shop

Skin itself, phoenix is better. For skills, leo is slightly better. Overall, I prefer phoenix because of the actual skin. But I have both of them so it doesn't matter to me 🙂
