valk reacts to Nintendo Direct 9.14.23 (September 14th, 2023)

Well, here's a little something different from the norm for me - I don't do reaction videos, but I sort of regretted not doing it last time when they announced that Super Mario RPG remake, so I gave it a go this time - did not disappoint! I almost passed up on it but I'm glad I decided to give it a shot at least once, it was actually pretty fun. Still gotta figure out future content though!

Operation Galuga was very unexpected as an announcement. It being made by WayForward is even more surprising. Hope to see that franchise return to form!

Heh, I knew right away the Contra game was going to be the highlight for you! I'll admit, it does look pretty good... I wouldn't mind trying it, myself! If we're lucky, it'll have online co-op! (And if we're especially lucky, Brad Fang will be playable. lol) I'll admit, I've been tempted to record my own reactions, but I just wasn't sure if I could say enough to justify it... other than "yup, this is game" and "oh, cool beans". I thought you did a fine job with this one, so well done on the video, and thanks for sharing!

This was most definitely Valk's kind of Nintendo Direct;) First Mario RPG, now Contra and the like lol! Gotta admit I really enjoyed this particular Direct.

@valkiriforce After seeing F Zero return like this renews my confidence in that there's still hope for Star Fox. Pretty sure Nintendo hasn't forgotten about Fox McCloud and he'll make his grand return sooner than we think;)
