@@himanshudhawan2393 probably pretty high they live in LA if I remember and have like 4 people? With office rooms for streams so its gonna be very pricey. I wouldn't be surprised if they're doing like 2k+/month for each person. They should really just buy a place so they can just pay money to fix it themselves or upgrade the system since they have the money to throw around for those kinds of things, maybe even go full new construction so they can set up the layout to be perfect for them. But I know they're kinda skiddish about having a more permanent place out of concern for people stalking and stuff but that just means shoot for a gated community with a security guard shack so not just anyone can get in.

It's expensive to replace them. I think the person needs to install a brand new AC unit. they normally last 15 years. Right now parts are hard to find and new systems are very expensive. It's not like you buy a unit and replace it. They have to replace all the lines and pull permits from the city. They need the permits approved before doing he work. In calif I am sure it's expensive because there's always someone that needs either their AC replaced or fixed.

I don't think this had anything to do with people being weird. Their lease is ending. And leases generally last for two years. This is the second year. Lease probably end in January of next year, but they have to find places now. Pretty sure this time around they were in gated communities. (I am sure it has some to do with it but in this case, it was coming up)

@@iceman3317 Each one of them has multiple stalkers, this is why Valky/Janet/Poki/Celine moved in together for safety with all of them having stalkers. a big reason many of the larger content creators move around year-to-year is to avoid their addresses getting leaked. this is why many also do other security measures such as - avoiding apartment tours until AFTER they move, not filming by windows etc/where people can see the outside, not posting around the outside of the house. etc. is security the only reason they move? no, but it is the major one.

​@@dre27321i have a female friend who lives away from family due to work and got stalked around and moved. so i can imagine popular people to have this issue. there's even others who eventually moved after getting their address leaked (tectone, and that youtuber who got doxxed by sniperwolf). regardless, there's nothing bad about moving around especially when you have the power to choose where to work anyway.

If they all want to live together for content creation they should form an LLC and use it to buy a house. They can hire contractors through the LLC for care and maintenance. Having the house owned by their joint LLC gives them privacy, tax breaks, and other benefits. They need to hire a business manager and financial advisor to help them.

You can't just buy a house and build it. Even for them, that is a major hit to the wallet, especially in California. Now if they were to move to some states like Arkansa, Tenn, Texas, NC, or something like that, then maybe. But property and the materials to build a house bit enough for all of them would cost millions upon millions of dollars. Materials alone would be at least 1 million. Then contractors will double the price. Then you have plumbing, electrical, all of that. With their life styles it just isn't that easy.

It's not just about cost, Rae alone could easily buy a house even in Cali The issue is safety, buying a house ties them down and if rabid fans and stalkers find them they're screwed. They've mentioned in the past that moving often gives them security

Landlords generally suck ass. Because you can not get things fixed or change things without their permission and if they don't care or they live somewhere completely different, it sucks. Every single repair, change, upgrade, everything.... all that must come from the landlord. You cannot do it yourself.

@@virtuethom7258 usually when you move into a new place you like the place, the landlord is nice because you've barely interacted with them, just signing the lease pretty much, no reason to dislike them. If they were rude you probably dont sign a lease. If ac is broken or other stuff is wrong, you don't sign a lease. So yeah when they moved from the last place which they hated to a new place that they had no history with they liked the new place and the landlord compared with the last place and landlord. Don't get why that's hard to understand tbh.

A house in TN is roughly 150k to 300k and that is a smallish house with 5 acres or so of property. In california, it is much much much higher. You have to be a millionaire to live there in most cases. You have to find land. A contractor. a House for all of them. It isn't as simple as lets just buy a house.

A lease lasts for 2 years, this is the second year. The lease likely ends at the end of the year or in January. We are in June and it can take months to find a new place and get things set up. And why would you live in the same place if the landlord doesn't give a shit about you? You cannot make improvements to the house yourself. You cannot hire people to fix things. The Landlord must do it. And if he doesn't give a shit, nothing will get fixed.
