man i just used Zaka's flamethrower on the dudes in front and the ones on the bridge, used lancers to destroy the destroyers, moved the Edelweiss once so their radiator wasn't facing the light tank, and then had no trouble with the snipers after that turn.

You don't have to smoke. just spam improved shrapnel with edelweiss

Yes. There is a trophy for killing a certain amount of enemy soldiers. Cant remember the exact number now

There are medals/trophies for 250, 500, and 1000 kills. I finished all the missions and skirmishes and was still under 600, so this helps.
