This game had a MIDI soundtrack too, which I've uploaded on my channel (though it's emulated unfortunately... at a very low volume that's hard to hear). I just thought I'd share here for anyone else who likes this soundtrack. Magic Splash in particular surprised me because I had no idea the lead at 15:59 was a saxophone this whole time.

@@neko380 And for the emulator, I've been using the Neko Project 2 core in RetroArch, since it lets you use CRT shaders. I found it in "Neo Kobe".

Finally someone went through this and made timestamps, thank you so much. Here are the actual titles and how they are used in-game. I downloaded a hard disk image off the Neo Kobe Collection and ran it in an emulator, and this is what I've found out. Opening Cutscene = Velvet Moon Title Theme = Vivid in Heart Character select = Spiraling Hearts (Main Menu Theme) Story Cutscene 1 = Straight Fight (Character Select) I know spelling isn't very important, but for the record, you're missing some hyphens in the battle themes. I'm writing names in the reverse (English) order, meaning the given name is first, and the family name is last. (This one's correct) Southwester Saxophone - 戸川めぐみ Megumi Togawa's Theme (Missing a hyphen) Deep Sky Submarine = Deep-Sky Submarine - 白樺羽紗木 Usagi Shirakaba's Theme (Missing a hyphen) Rimshot = Rim-Shot - 夢空萌慧 Moe Yumezora's Theme (Missing a hyphen) Murasaki Kaze = Murasaki-Kaze - 青山桃子 Momoko Aoyama's Theme (This one's correct) Magic Splash - 英田佐里 Sari Aida's Theme (This one's correct) Silicon Lover - 友原敦子 Atsuko Tomohara's Theme (This one's correct) Frozen Moonlight - I don't know what it's for, but I think I might've heard it in story mode once. (This isn't a fix, but you could note that Murasaki Kaze plays back completely wrong, possibly due to converting from S98 to VGM. There's a non-hardware rip of this theme elsewhere on KZbin.) Battle Start = fight! Victory = Win! Defeat = Lose... Continue = Makeup (Continue) Ending Theme = Fruits in Honey (Adult CG Scenes) (not ending theme) Staff Roll = Sakanoue (Story Dialogue) Game Over = Blackstork (Intense Story Dialogue) I don't know = I don't know either. It's not in the in-game music gallery. I assume it's the credits, but I don't want to force myself through this insanely hard game just to *possibly* figure out what the title of this song is.

The only thing I'd add to this beautiful hardware is osciloscope view for the channels in that screen. But this is already fantastic as is.

To get the file to emulate this in the Neo Kobe archive, you have to look under the developer's name, in this case "Discovery". Had to comment this here with a different acct because of yt being a snowflake.
