Some suggestions on TU upgrade 1. The existing VIP areas could be expanded (both fence-side and towards grass banks, roofed, with comfortable seats, This section can also generate revenue by premium VIP sales. The entry should be straight from the back side. 2. ⁠the proposed parapet area is perfect and can also generates high sales revenue 3. ⁠The boundary shoud be made slightly bigger - space is available except pavilion side. 4. ⁠Add facilities at the pavilion at least acceptable level for the full members 5. ⁠The different zones with their iron-net fences, separate entries, toilets and drinking water. If fund allows, parapets could also be installed back of these different zones (or link this zone parapets/ stands to different corporates investors/ CSR). 6. ⁠There is an ample parking spaces around TU premises. Arrange designated parking areas with security. Don’t allow parking outside of stadium during game days. Entry of pvt and public vehicles could be regulated by security as alternative roads are available. Seperate entry ways to different zones, VIP stands and new parapet. (avoiding everyone coming to main entrance). Security checks/ scanners at the each entry if possible (specially needed for big matches) 7. ⁠Push all construction including the flood lights plus street lights to be completed before the NPL. 8. ⁠The outer main fence wall needs a complete renovation/ new stronger shear wall structure would be ideal (to avoid collapse). Space is available to expand it further backside to allow more people and sales.
