From a consumer standpoint, this is a great deal, especially for people who want to just try it out. I imagine customer return is relatively low though and I can't imagine staying open is easy as soon as a few customers decide to not donate anything.

Most of it was pallets linked and nailed together. The field closed about a year and a half ago unfortunately and is mostly demolished now.
