what kind of strings are you rocking? sounds great

@gageturner2667 Hey thanks man! I play D'Addario Chromes 45-100. They are Flatwound strings. I started playing Flats a few years ago, and I haven't gone back.. the best part is they are only $20 a set! I've tried other more expensive strings.. But I really like these. Also contributing to my tone is I plug into an Origin Effects Cali 76 Compressor and then into a Rupert Neve RNDI Direct Box. I'm not a big gear person.. But after some research, I spent some money and the compressor and DI I think really helped shape my tone.. Not a huge difference. But subtle.. Which turns out makes a big difference 😃 Last but not least is my Fender American Professional Jazz Bass that i bought a few years ago.. I have many other Basses but this has become my workhorse that I use all the time! Thanks for reaching out! And let me know if you have any more questions or if I can help in any way..
