It's not about being right handed or left handed. I'll try to explain the best way I can I'm not an optician. Us humans we have something called ocular dominace which means on eye is better than the over I've done some research and looked at some educational valorant vids about this setting it is recommended if you are right eye dominant it's better to have your gun model on the left side and if you are left eye dominant it's better to have the gun model on the right side of the screen. For me personally I have it on the left bc my right eye is better the advantage it gives me is I have better visuals on my surroundings
