its actually the texture of the video settings, the vct stream is with de graphics quality on max and that makes the texture from the players view different bc pros play with graphics on low

I had heard the tickrate for observer client isn't the same for the actual players so he can actually just see more than it looks like cause he's actually took a step a pixel to the left that the observer client just never knew about
