the rtx 4070 in this game does not matter, u could be using a 3060 and getting this fps, its the 7800x3d doing all the work, if you had a 4070 with a ryzen 5 7600 it would be getting 300-500 fps and dropping below 300 sometimes

​@@eamverzosa3397 reminder that all benchmarks are not the most accurate. Your system can be different regarding ram etc etc. He might have also done optimisations for the best performance. Its just a gauge

I think it's because when the gpu detects that the game isn't very demanding then the gpus usage is lowered compared to high settings where the gpu is trying a little harder
