i think they do this so people buy the knife just because of the model and then when they see they cashed alot of people from the default knife they go dagger etc in another bundles. Im pretty sure like glitchpop will have a second bundle.

if you want the colors you buy everything up to level 4 included then you buy the color you want

Ya like Frostee said you buy up to level 4 to get the effects (10 R each) and then you are free to choose between the 3 colors (15 R each). Riot just doesn't give them names now and I didn't know what to call them so I just left them as "levels 5,6,7" cus that is what everyone is used to

It costs 30 Radianite to unlock the levels 2, 3, & 4 VFX (10 R each) so that it looks like it does in this video. On your collection screen when you select the phantom, in the bottom left you will see the upgrade menu where you can upgrade skins with Radianite if they have additional effects / colors like these
