This is why I really respect Kami. He isn't afraid to show off a game he (mostly) did poorly on and go into it constructively to help other people learn how to play respectfully (with both other's and yourself). Despite my lack of interest in Valorant or paladins, I keep coming back every day because of how good of a person Kami is and how much effort he puts into his content.

Ex paladins pro Elvenpath started up a discord server called Valorantpro for anyone who wants to play competitively, in that server he said they have opted in for Faceit platform for valorant. And I think it is a great idea to get custom matchmaking into the game because this will made toxic people less and more competitive people to pool up and play.

Kami I get why you mute people because it stresses you, but tbh online games are always gonna have these type of people and you just have to be able to block them out when playing. (Not responding to provocation, etc). Personally, I would say that you should find people you enjoy playing with. Solo queing is a nightmare not just because of toxicity, but because generally you will always end up having to adapt to another person's playstyle rather then playing how you want. Also, I don't mean 5 Manning, duo queing is most fun for me as I tend to have fun with friends rather then lose my cool over toxicity. If you lose, it's fun to lose with a friend rather then someone who flames teammates/enemy making fun of you
