This tape was from the first location. Henry seems to be recording his last night visiting Fredbear's before it was shut down. The tape seems to have been tampered with, showing removed security footage unveiling the killer to be...my Father. I have no clue whether Henry eventually rewatched this footage before his disappearance in the 90's. (Michael: 06-19-2006)

That line “I don’t hate you, but I will make sure you get what you deserve” is very interesting. I always knew the puppet was fueled by pure justice for the kids, but for it to not hate afton after all of that is a cool yet unique idea.

I think being the first and really one of the only victims to know who William was before the kills, she may understand that while pretty much evil, he wasn't always like this and does want him dead but not solely revenge. His death will help others and even himself. Better dead then tortured forever unable to die.

The saddest part of this whole tape to me is just one set of frames. When William steps out of the car, Charlie looks so happy and relieved to see him. She's waving to him and she trusts him because its her dads friend. Its so unbelievably sad but just a testament oher character and the situation of these two families. He was probably like an uncle to her.

The amount of awareness that Charlie has for the situation at hand is honestly really sad. I've always really been interested in how seemingly benevolent Charlie is in most of her iterations. I'm not exactly refreshed on all the lore, but it definitely seems like Charlie is definitely more aware of how everything is playing out--than the rest of the cast that are possessing animatronics.

Charlie is the one trying to get them to do the right thing and aim their hatred at William but the others all tend to lose themselves in that hate and attack anyone while Charlie tries to get help and actually pays attention to who she is after. She also does seem to want the best for everyone, hell she may honestly believe that she is doing the best for William even since death is better than the in between they are all stuck in.

The reason she kills you is you look like the killer and second she does it out of anger for not winding the box which helps her relax

I love how Fredbear looks damaged from the bite. Also how the Charlie knows henry is scared of her is just depressing. I also like how William can barely drive probably signifying he’s drunk and not in full control of his actions but his grief and rage of Henry’s modification to Fredbear killed his son. I also find really disturbing…is the security puppet holding Charlotte’s dead body with a pool underneath it really parallels the games description (fnaf 6’s security puppet Minigame). Also at the end of the tape that message Charlie says to William is quite sad but fits the character and lore of the franchise. It reminds me of the Fazbear archives with it having a unique (possibly canon) take on canon events. IThis is probably one of if not my favourite vhs tapes. Well done Valox

A few things caught my attention, FIRST: How absolutely petrifying the noises she made towards the end, some sort of distorted humming, I got FULL body chills. I've never seen something like that incorporated into a FNAF vhs, it scared me honestly very bad, which is good. This is a new level of disturbing. On the second hand: The part where you added Afton as being drunk while killing Charlotte, it makes so much sense rather than him just doing it out in the open, it ties to him from being at the supposed Jr's bar, then going on a full rampage to the diner- you are definitely a very unique VHS creator, congrats on making me feel actually uneasy in a vhs

Poor girl... and it's a shame Henry (I assume that's the cameraman) isn't able to recognize his own daughter anymore, even though she's still here, she's in the form of something completely otherworldly for us, or I guess it feels like it... and it's really a tragic tale, but of course, knowing where and how the Fnaf story goes, William will certainly get what's coming for him, Charlotte is making sure of that. Also, nice little deviation from the typical Fnaf vhs where the cameraguy dies by an enraged and haunted animatronic, they live to fight and continue another day! Love when vhs vids do that, doesn't always have to have the cameraman dying all the time. Great stuff Valox! 🎉❤💛💗💕

Ok, that was amazing, Fredbear has a red tint on his belly in some spots, the words “It’s Me” can be decoded during the Marionette part (look at captions), William is seemingly driving faster then usual, and moves in a way that makes him look drunk, which with the story, makes it look more like a detail then bad animation, Wandering Soul audio during the last part? Absolutely beautiful.

Dang man your tapes are really something else! The way you potray emotion through low framerate animation works really well, finally we see afton is an actual person and not a sprite that makes children cry. The way he walks towards charlie full of anger and envy, probably drunk as hell and bursts into violence, and then retrieves questioning his action is so well potrayed. Finally this scene actually makes emotional sense and is not just a minigame. Such a good introduction to this serial killer TIP: you are a really great animator but i think at the beginning you can really tell that he is driving on a flat plane with a bunch of trees, kind of a shame for such an amazing and immersing video. Maybe work on these small details and you have all the things you need to become REALLY big quick! ;)

Man to think we used to think not only was she the greater scope villain before FNaF 3, but that she was either a mother or a boy. Nope. She’s probably the purest soul in all the games and just really wants her daddy to save her. I personally headcanon that with Henry and William being best friends back then that Charlie and Elizabeth were also best friends but after seeing ‘Lizzie’ follow in ‘Uncle Willy’s’ footsteps, Charlie knew she was going to be all alone on her quest to avenge not only herself but the other kids too. Also she probably had a puppy love thing going on with Evan/Gregory/CC but he was too paranoid of everything to notice.

Did William use a crowbar or something on her in this version? It honestly looks like with the wide swinging motions of his arms and how very clearly blackout wasted he is he never got anywhere *near* within stabbing or choking range like how it's always usually depicted. Honestly if so then that makes what he does somehow even *more* brutal. That means Charlie didn't die quickly or anything at all. If he used a crowbar or a cane or bat or something then that poor girl was in absolute pure *agony*. Which honestly makes it far, FAR worse in my opinion.

Fun fact I noticed at 2:32 is sounds from "Operation Wandering soul" Operation Wandering Soul was a propaganda campaign and psychological warfare effort exercised by U.S. forces during the Vietnam War. It was an attempt to increase desertions and defections from Việt Cộng forces and weaken their morale. The U.S. used this to their advantage and tried to trick the Viet-Congs into leaving by playing the audio recording of their dead friends wandering around. And quite frankly, it is HORRIFYING. I felt like this audio really fit with the marionette here, so well done with the choice of audio here, Valox!

It's so heartbreaking seeing Charlie trying to get her father's attention, only for him to be afraid of her, she can only use the Marionette and is trying to communicate.
