Kapil ji...it was a nice class. I hv a query.....if a GTA service provider is providing transport service to a party and there is contract that fuel will be given by the recipient of the service. Whether the price of fuel be included in the transaction value of the service provided by the supplier for the purpose of tax? Tax is being paid by the supplier in forward charges.

Yes, value of fuel should be added in value of supply for purpose of GST
