Bagi saya, apa yg guest cuba sampaikan sgt baik, dan beliau menjawab soalan yg ditanya kpd beliau dgn berfakta dan diselitkan dgn pengalamannya sbg penilai dan pelabur…nothing wrong dgn penggunaan dwi bahasa sbb platform ni pun bukannya satu sesi formal pun…dan realiti masyarakat malaysia yg ckp cmpur2 tapi masih boleh difahami akan isi2nya. Saya ada 3 soalan. Jika kita dijanjikan rebate like RM8K. Adakah rebate tersebut perlu dinyatakan dalam offer letter or SNP? Jika tidak dinyatakan adakah kita kena tipu? Soalan kedua adakah booking fee akan dikembalikan semasa dapat kunci rumah? Soalan terakhir jika kita dapat loan 91%, tetapi perlu bayar 90% sahaja. adakah kita akan dapat balik 1% tersebut. Hai Faiz, need your opinion on housing loan. Is it advisable to pay more during the progressive interest for a house under construction? I hear some say that it’s not worth to pay extra during progressive interest but I’m not sure why. Scenario :- House worth RM500k.. Phase 2 (RM50k is the current loan outstanding and progressive interest would be around RM130 (Interest Rate = 3.95%).. Full Flexi Loan (Maybank).. Could you please share your thoughts regarding extra payments during this stage? Thanks.

Guest tu kan Penilai Hartanah, so..... kot ye pun bincang le pasal karier dia tu, Tanya soalan klu renovation rumah macamana boleh naik kan nilai ke... Ni dok tanya soalan mcm dia la pelabur, dia banker, dia la invester, Korang yg tanya pun.. Yg perempuan tu kena asah lagi cara tanya soalan, klu cara soalan cepat laju dah mcm polis.

Ejen boleh ke naikkan harga rumah? Contohnya ejen jual 1.3m, tapi bila kita sendiri submit loan ke maybank, maybank kata market hanya 1.2m?

Bukan ejen je tapi owner pun boleh. Willing buyer willing seller. Kalau bank kaya valuation rumah tu 1.2m je, you kena top up rm100k using your own money

sng je calculation.. loan tenure max 35yrs.. let say by age 60 u retired, meaning u kena start buy house loan 35yrs at age 25.. umur 25 bru nk start kerja.gaji baru brapa..

Masalah Bahasa inggeris je. Sbb jemputan byk guna Bahasa inggeris.Terutama bab terma terma dan short form,mmg byk bahasa inggeris. Nnt jemput beliau lagi,suruh guna byk Bahasa Melayu supaya org biasa2 boleh faham.
