Do kinship carers have to go through licemsing...donthey habe to have higher income...jobs...housing inspection...training schedules...renewal process...

licensing is a joke...in the state where I live its a 3 day back ground check and an 8 hour class at the library once a month! more like an 8 hour conditioning to not get attacked to children ur only providing care and nothing is permanent. it's really disgusting.

There is a kinship fostering of kids in U.S. they will take a child out of foster placement if they can find a family member to take them in provided they have the room and nothing concerning about the home. And they get some financial support.

@@kristinesharp6286 How cute, u still believe you have rights or the system is actually just or concerned with the best interests of the children they don't mention how they're 6% more like to die in foster care, and they're getting paid! Gross!
