Gulzar Didi , simple yet profound words, Meaning of meditation is connection of soul with supreme soul. We are given introduction to god , his qualities are infinite source of love , peace, happiness and he is benefactor of entire world. In this world, we cant have all relation with one person, its only possible with god . (माता, पिता सखा, सद्गुरु तुम ) When you start remembering him , his qualities start to show in us. We experience unhappiness due to body consciousness. Just of a while , realize you are soul separate from this body , soul and body are different entity. When you separated yourself from body , you have separated from pain and the reason for all your pain. We only need 4 things in life , happiness , peace , love and bliss. If you want eternal happiness peace and love it can only be achieved by eternal source. We may have love around us but there could be subtle selfishness. Gods love is selfless, he doesn’t need a thing from us and its eternal. We want to remember god and experience his love but people complain they are unable to focus there mind on him. There’s a small fault, we say god father, but we all have different fathers, bodily father but there a single father for all of us soul, if I am saying father I need to check what consciousness am I calling him father. If I am in body consciousness and say ‘हे पिता’ he isn't father of body then why will he listen? If the process is wrong, how every long you try it wont work. If you want to connect two wire without removing insulation, you can try all day but it wont work. Foundation ‘ I am soul’ , I should be in this consciousness. Then connection with supreme.
