Seriously, Pat, you are the only youtuber who posts about leadership that is LEGIT! Everyone else sugar coats or just Says nice things but you get down to the root of things. I love it, thankyou. Today’s episode was fantastic!

I have been watching your videos for several months now. Particularly when I had the the lowest low several months ago, your videos gave me a lot of motivation to keep on working, crushing it with the phone, doing product dev and most importantly, I understood that to become a truly successful entrepreneur, I need to go through mental and emotional breakdowns. Last month, I made 11.000 euro at 21 years old. I owe you a lot, Patrick. Thank you.

When people say that I'm determined, I thank them, but to be honest, I rather use the word hungry.. I'm hungry for success, I'm never satisfied. It's my natural instinct to make it happen, it's survival of the fittest.

This should be a book. As you mentioned, there are so many books on leadership style, but fewer about the commonalities. I'm extremely intrigued and excited to study these 7 characteristics further and grade myself on each!

I like the way that you present ideas that you had before. I like the way that you start with a conclusion, so everyone knows what they should be focusing on, and then you start from the moment prior to having the idea, to give context, then build on that context by providing a variety of examples, asking a question to reorient the listener, and then draw a conclusion in an easy to follow linear way. I almost always enjoy your content.

I think its also important to note that there is a difference between "The Big Thinker" and "The Critic"... The big thinker is a visionary, they think out of the box and come up with ways you can venture out in different markets and expand your business and they bring original, fresh ideas into the team. The critic can be a big thinker, but they don't necessarily talk about expanding or bringing something new, they more so focus on pointing out flaws in your operation, that most likely you already knew about. "Why are these not labelled?" "This process is redundant". I always try and embrace the ideas of the big thinker and ask them, "okay, love your idea, How do you think we can get there?" and I work with them. As for the critic, my reply is "Yes, that is an issue. Why don't you take on this task?" The lazy critic will always back down from the task, where the positive critic will take the task on, and fix what he feels can be done better.

Yes, Moral authority, is what i want! I'm working towards obtaining more experience in certain areas of my life to be a boss!
@VanessasVanity42663879655 жыл бұрын
Wow! I have to agree. Anyone I have looked up to as a Super Boss has always had some type of moral authority, incredible ideas they envisioned and made happen, plus most importantly kept their word. When they keep their word you trust them to lead you. The rest of your list definitely applies to Super Bosses. Two thumbs way up PBD!

you're right bro. I think its just the fear of losing everything that is connected with my habit... like most, if not all, my friends smoke. Giving up weed would mean not hanging out with my boys anymore. All i will have is myself. Not that there is anything wrong with being by yourself, you just have that feeling of being left out of everything

so Patrick, you asked the question: wherever you are, which one of your friends thinks the biggest and also wants it the most? where i work, there are none. in my family, there are none. among my friends and associates, there is one. but in reality, i have to say that i am one also. And I'm working my butt off to make it happen.

I have recently started watching your videos, and I must say, you are really, really good. I wanted to ask something, is it possible to raise money for your business in other countries. For example, you live in country A, but you have a great idea that might be successful in country B. Would it still be possible to raise money in country B, without visiting that country. Would be great if you could help. Thanks beforehand.

Just starting my own business.. I am so conflicted, because I am alle of the above.... The only thing I am thinking of is hat I want to make a difference and that I want to secure my family... At one hand I want to tell my partners and employes what I want, when I want it, but also I want to listen to their oppinion, becuase they might know more than me on their subjects... I think of myself, that I am multi-personal person, but one thing that matters most to me, is honesty and sense of reality... The one big problem I have is that I am too kind and acceptent, and when I am looking for partners and sponsors, I take no for an answer too fast... Any tips on how to get more "Sharky" ?
