Vampire The Requiem 1st Edition

I started playing Requiem and New WoD back in 2010 during my junior and senior years of high school, right before they brought back Masquerade and things changed so drastically. I've got a lot of nostalgia for the game.

When you run a Vampire the Requiem game, do you include all the possibilities for antagonists (Mages, Werewolves, Changelings, etc)? Or do you stick to just other Vampires?

Yes. I also have the Antagonist book, which has some cool stuff in it as well.
