Vampires have always been my favorite horror creatures since I was a child. Always loved the "other"ness of them from their aging, need to drink blood, sexuality/anti-religion aspects, etc.

I finally watched the 1992 movie with Gary Oldman and Keanu Reeves just a couple years ago. Pretty good, though I've never read Stoker's original novel to see how much it compares.

The film does take a lot of liberties with the source material. Namely, the whole love story between Dracula and Mina.

Gary Oldman is one of my all-time favorite actors. The man is a chameleon.
