Because neither of the 15 Any slots from that game didn't generate Juggernaut. Jugg is the rarest role to show up, even if you had 100 Jugg scrolls you still wouldn't be able to get it if the role wasn't generated in the first place, as scrolls do not boost the chances of the said role being in the game, they only boost the chances of getting a role assuming it appears in the game.

To Steve: When there is a mafioso and the GF dies the mafioso turns into a GF but if a mafioso dies before the GF then the only thing the random mafia(consort,consig,bmer,janitor, ambusher,hypno) can turn into is mafioso

Vale when it says "you were transported" it means the transporter hit you and someone else, it does not mean your target was transported. The only way you could hit a transporters target when you are transported is if you were to get "invest consig mayor" or for coven "invest consig mayor tracker plaguebearer" which means you investigated yourself. Or there's two transporters in the game. your results were fine. Also Dropsy red rose if mafia kill or godfather, white rose is only for a dead mafioso, cause that's what picture goes with the role.

When the Mafia kills, the death message at the start of the day has a red rose. When a Mafioso dies, the message has a white rose. When the Godfather dies the message has a red rose.

I can’t wait for them to find out how investigator actually works lol. They still think the results are different every time. Investigator gets the same results everytime depending on what they investigate. If the investigate a witch, it will come up “Lookout, Forger, or witch” EVERY single time. If they investigate a lookout it will also come up “Lookout, Forger, or Witch” every time. Look up investigator on the TOS wiki and it will show the entire list of what each role shows up as.

I think I can explain the different colored roses. When a mafia kills a member of the town, the message that pops up is “[NAME] has been killed by a member of the mafia”. Because The Godfather is usually the head of the mafia, a red rose is used to symbolize that someone died to mafia. With showing who died, The Godfather has a red rose and the mafioso has a white rose.
