There is a sequel for twister being made here in Oklahoma. They just put out a casting call for extras that live in the Oklahoma city area. The sequel is called Twisters.

Humans being Judgement day Amsterdam The Seventh Seal and Big fat money are my favorite from the Sammy era. Their sound from last album Balance was spot on I think. I believe thats why Eddie named it that.

GOD I love that era of Van Halen!!!! For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge, Balance, Greatest hits…Hell…even Van Halen III. I’m with you, Suzi, I’d LOVE to go storm chase!!! I had a real close call years ago that had me petrified, but afterwards and in the years following, I love going through storms (I’m in Florida, so we’re no strangers to extreme weather). Cheers!

When Eddie & Sammy jumped in face to face that was real shitt Sammy didn't want to be there. He said he wrote the lyrics in 30 minutes. Him & Eddie we're not getting along at all. This was the beginning of the split.

1996 is when the world was brought Twister. Scared the shit out of me because I was 11 and living in Kansas City at the time. I'm an Arizona native, so tornadoes weren't a reality until we lived there. After seeing it a few times, I became enveloped by the science of meteorology and as such, have been studying it since 1998. I'm a metalhead on top of being a weather nut so the mix of Van Halen and storm chasing struck a chord 🤘 Now that I live in central Texas, the storm chasing dream for me is closer to being a reality 😃

the Hagar version of Van Halen gave EVH a much better way to express his work. While the Roth version was exceptional rock Eddie's talent shown through in the latter version. He should have also recorded more work independent of VH it would have given the world a bigger catalog of incredible sound

Sammy wasn't fired. A new manager and conflict of how the direction of the band was being pulled in 10 different directions was causing major friction between him and the brothers. In the end, Sammy straight up told Eddie "I think I'm gonna back to being a solo artist." And that was it. So in reality, Sammy quit.
