I remember beating Dracula in less than 10 seconds on my first playthrough when I was I kid. I used an attack speed orb and a buff for my swords. I got really fond memories of this game.

ShadowProve I didn’t find it as hard as you’re describing, but maybe that was because I remained conscious at all times of what alternate ammo for each weapon in Van Helsing’s arsenal was good against which type of enemy.

I remember having a really hard time on the carriage boss fight, more so because I didn't know you could jump onto the horses, so the challenge came from managing my life and using whatever healing I could when taking the fire attack head on.

Very underrated. The end battle is where all the hate is from. I also thought VH would transform into the werewolf to battle Dracula. Simple, Sony...the melee attack would be with CLAWS instead of tojo blades. Still a PS2 fav.
