My dad used to live in Quartzsite until he passed away a couple of years ago. It was really wonderful to go from freezing temps, driving 12 hours, and then being in cactus and sunshine when I would use to visit him. Someday I will road trip down there again.

You're going to find at Quartzsite has thousands and thousands of people between November and the end of January because of the big tent sale which you can find really good deals. And the RTR that Bob Wells puts on every year. A lot of really good information there for nomad. But as far as food goes, good luck, the grocery stores run out of food pretty quickly there. You might have to go up to Parker where they have a big Walmart it's about 40 miles from quartzite.I hope you enjoy your stay. And you deserve the recognition. You are genuinely a nice guy and you have a great smile. And a great laugh

The tigers are really cool! I used to have a red gmc safari conversion van. I loved it. I called it the crimson cavana lol. The shocks were bad so bumpy roads and bridges it would bounce a lot. I always joked with passengers saying that I was about to hit the switches for the hydros just before a bumpy patch haha. Fun times!

Have passed through quartzite many times a trucker and visited the flea market area. Really neat stuff and ppl. Always thought it was rich old ppl vacation spot. Never thought of a nomadic scene.
