I don’t sleep well on the road either. Different sounds, different environments are disruptive to sleep for me. I finally get so exhausted I’m forced to crash. Staying in one place for a few days where I can get used to the area helps me. Hope sleep gets better for you Travis. Take care. Steve

Loved the recap intro! Feels like so long ago but it hasn’t even been a year since I saw you! Love his chair that he has in his van. Looking forward to the tour! Prayers for you to get better rest! I know it will work out for you Sweet Friend! 😁🙏🏼💜

Thank you. I’m sleeping back to normal at my friends place. It’s definitely something with that van. I’ve got one last trick up my sleeve to see what it could be. If not then I sell the van and start over.

Certainly not the outcome I had planned. But I have a few more tricks up my sleeve. What do you guys think I should do?

@@jodiz7803 That is a very very strong possibility.

The older that I get the more times I wake up in the night. It’s all part of aging I think 🤔 Stop thinking about sleep and go out and have fun… the rest will follow. At any rate Travis don’t give up brother, stay positive and you are living the dream. Wish I was there. ☮️&❤️

It's more complicated than that. I'm sleeping two...then I'm up for an hour or two. Then I sleep another hour...then I wake up...up another hour or so then I sleep another hour. It's just not restful sleep. Four or Five hours straight I can handle. But when it's all spaced out like that. I just can't handle it.

Open up all the windows and doors and Smudge the van, inside and out! Release the negative energies that have attached themselves to your van. Keep doing this everyday for a week. You’ll soon fine yourself sleeping like a king 👑
@TravisTravels3 жыл бұрын
Trust me, I’ve done that too.
@TravisTravels3 жыл бұрын
Although I didn’t do it everyday for a week. I’ll try anything at this point.

Try to sleep in paid camp ground for a few days. The more we traveled the better we slept. But bought a new promaster for dependability because I didn't trust my 2004 chevy express
@TravisTravels3 жыл бұрын
Yeah it’s not a question of distractions. It was very peaceful where I slept. I’ve been sleeping perfectly soundly in those spots for months. It’s not the location. Trust me I’ve tried all over CA. It’s just this van. Probably the universe telling me it’s time to let this one go.

@@TravisTravels if you get a new van that might work.your van will sell fast but it may be hard to find a new one. Now you can try new and sell it if that doesn't work

@@chuckt1950 New isn't an option for me. I really don't have the budget for that right now. The plan is to buy a diesel ford skoolie. Then convert it in Oregon with Skooliana. I don't know how I'm going to do it. But that has been the plan. I just was hoping I could take the van up there for my trip. But it looks like this van just isn't going to work out for me. But before I do anything like that. I need to rent another vehicle and see if this is even a viable option for me anymore. Fingers crossed homie. Thanks for the advice :).
