Van Tour - 1982 Mercedes 508D Van Conversion project begins & she needs some love. Help me name her!

Hello everyone! Thanks so much for joining me on my new adventure. This is the beginning of my new van conversion project. A 1982 Mercedes 508D campervan that needs "some love" - maybe quite a lot - let's see. I am so excited to start this life long dream of mine with this total van conversion project, and hope you join me along the way. Make sure to turn the notifications on.
This van tour is my "before" and I am hoping to document everything - all the struggles, and hopefully successes too! And maybe I will get a fantastic conversion in the end.

Wow big project. Only advice I have is get a 12v compressor fridge, makes life so much easier & there's many cheap decent options now.

Very cool my dear,) these cars are rock solid and simpel to fix, start by change oil and filter on everything motor, gearbox, diff, steering. coolant even brakefluit, oilbath air intake, and rebuild your liftpump, rebuild kit coast only about 30$ and simble to do, tvo plastic valves and springs that where out, and new termostad also easy and cheep

I would keep the side door personally, I think it will get annoying having to pass the seats all the time.. I`ve just bought a 1985 508d myself! I`m in North Manchester..
