Bob, my husband and I have been following you for months. We put the 'for sale by owner' sign out on the lawn last night. And I am moving through the fear. And I am also very excited for our new upcoming freedom; a new life with no rent.
@soulspacehomestead49414 жыл бұрын
Cheri Monteith When you are feeling fearful it helps to deep breath with your diaphragm in order to fully feel and release the fear. Once you do that you will be able to get to the causal emotion and that will be release through crying. Good luck and God Bless

Very nice home👍🏽 Bob I so appreciate your professionalism skills of interviewing Van Dweller’s in respect to allowing/letting them talk and explain their “make-up” of their tiny homes without having to talk over them and not allowing them to share like other channels that talk so much about themselves that we NEVER get to find out about the interviewee. Thank you Bob!👏🏽🚎

Jody sets a good example! So many people doubt themselves to the point of never getting started. I think the best advice anyone has given concerning van dwelling is to "just do it". You'll learn as you go and can improve your layout as you learn. If you wait until all the lights are on green you'll never leave your house.

thumpergman My prayer for you is that you learn to change your attitude. In this world, and especially in the anonymity of being online it's oh so easy to be cynical. That cynicism will kill you quicker than a bullet. You are only hurting yourself with the hate and resentment. I'm sorry truly that you have gone through a life that leaves you so venomous. I could easily be that way, as a matter of fact without Jesus Christ I would be throwing verbal crap at you right now. I just pity you now.

I’ve seen on ‘other’ channels welding an aluminum structure to make all the cabinets and working surfaces. Lots of work and by the time they have finished they have spent 100’s if not thousands for the materials and tools to do it. Once you do the welding you can’t change the layout unless you put in the effort to break it down. This method of using a drill and a hand saw seems much smarter. You can always finish the wood with paint or clear finish.

Thank you, Jody. I especially like the table in lieu of the passenger seat. I found five matching 4 drawer heavy duty metal file cabinets for my storage. I got crazy and painted them to look like a Shoji screen. A ton of storage for $10 each. I built shelves in a closet... not the best job... my cabinets turned out pretty, I am better with a can of paint than a screwdriver.
