Hey guys just recently discovered you guys on Instagram and had to check out the tour of the van for myself, throughout the video you've mentioned how others have suggested ideas for certain things and I have one too. In the kitchen you have the cupboards drawers etc, there's one that actually isn't anything but I was going to suggest if there was a way to put that piece of wood on like a hinge where it comes up, just for a little extra room for when preparing meals. Otherwise mostly everything else seemed pretty awesome. Anyways hope all is well :)

SO lovely!! The only thing I don’t love about van/RV life is we sleep on top of all the electronics! Whilst doing something SO important. rest and restore, we’re being effected by batteries and electrical nonsense! I’m really into being the best, healthiest version of myself so this bothers me! Great job guys,, we have just fitted the exact same oven and getting the whole system gas tested tomorrow,, so 2 things, how's the oven and does your oven door need a seal as mine has not got one and looks like your hasn't as well. :) all the best

Hi guys, what a great video! So informative. Looks like a lot of work. I don't know where to start. I live in London and would be interested in living in a van. It seems like it would take a long time for the build. That's the part that makes me most nervous. Do you have any advice for someone who hasn't done this before? How do you get started with planning the build?

Hey there! Thank you so much for your comment, our big bez build took us a year to get it liveable- we’re only just finishing it now getting bits done we always wanted to do so a total of about 1 year 6 months 😄🙌 we had a little van first which we converted and tested out so we knew what we would want and need in a bigger van! It’s a challenge but so worth it in our opinion, we both had no experience but there’s lots of videos we learned from on KZbin - if you have any questions hit us up on Instagram! Hey Jacob! Bill is 5’11 and I’m 5’5 our bed is very short as we didn’t do the cut outs so it means we both have to sleep diagonally or curled up! Definitely doable if you’re not a fussy sleeper! Which we are not overly.. but now with the dog too We will be removing the ply walls and insulation to create cut outs in winter to make for about 6” total more room- more comfortable sleep! 😁👍🏻 good luck with your conversion! Everything but a toilet. Do you have to go outside in the cold in the middle of the night to pee? Composting toilet! they're cheap to build and DON'T smell.

We do have a toilet! A cassette one, 😄🚐 we’d love a composting toilet we will be looking into that for sure this year!
