Van Upgrade: Diesel Injector Connector Replacements

We continue to fault find the intermittent injector error. After searching, I found replacement 2 pin BOSCH diesel injector connectors from Auto Connectors.
I have replaced all four injectors connectors and wrapped ends in heat insulating tape.
I am a little skeptical this will resolve the problem, however the Fiat garage in Italy thought it was the connector and an online forum had a dealer commenting this was a common problem as the connectors become brittle over time as they experience the engine heat - so this can result in insulation breaking down and the connector making a less stable connecting mechanically.
I did not film everything as the space is too tight to solder and film at the same time. I solder the connections and heat shrinker them, then fitted the conduit around the cable and added the heat insulating tape.
