Today, we're making Chocolate Chunk Cookie Waffles with a Dash Mini Waffle Iron using Sweet Loren's pre-made Chocolate Chunk Cookie Dough. Yup, you heard that right! No oven? No mixer? No problem!
Recipe Ingredients:
• Sweet Loren's pre-made Chocolate Chunk Cookie Dough (because who has time to bake from scratch?)
• Butter or your favorite non-stick spray (to help those waffles slide right out of the iron)
Steps:
1. Plug in your Dash Mini Waffle Iron and let it preheat. Let’s get this show on the road!
2. When the light turns off, you’re ready to roll. To prevent the waffles from sticking, open the iron and rub the stick of butter all over both sides.
3. Grab two pieces of Sweet Loren's cookie dough and plop them onto the mini waffle iron. It's like a waffle, but way more exciting!
4. Grab an oven mitt or towel to protect your hand (it’s hot!) and close the waffle iron. Let the cookie transformation begin. Resist the urge to peek every 5 seconds!
5. After about a minute, once it's golden brown and your van smells like a cookie wonderland, it’s ready! Enjoy your scrumptious chocolate chunk waffle cookies. Try not to eat them all at once... but hey, no judgments here!
