We are preparing Vana Qashovi. Let’s go.
You'll need:
▪️ Lamb meat /boiled/ - 200 gr
▪️ Blgur - 120 gr
▪️ Broth - 300 ml
▪️ Butter - 15 gr
▪️ Onion - 80 gr
▪️ Cherry tomatoes - 50 gr
▪️ Oil - 20 ml
▪️ Spices /zatar/ - 5 gr
▪️ Salt, Pepper - 3 gr
Start with putting the frying pan on the stove. Add olive oil and a little butter. Put sliced onion and cherry tomato and bulgur. Let it fry a little, and later add lamb cooked meat and after that lamb broth. And if it is too thick, add a little boiled water and leave it to cook. Until it is cooked, take a brooch to apply oil and zatar, and fry it on the stove. Put the brooch on the plate and you Vana qashovi is ready. Decorate it with greens and cherry tomatoes.
