Hi, the Solaris range uses a high grade elastic which would be hard to break from a fall as it can flex. This bracelet uses high tensile braided nylon, which is incredibly strong and would require an excessive force to snap the cord.

Hey, The fragrance can be washed out using warm water, however stronger fragrances such as Tom Ford do take longer to remove.
